den after tt..went swimming wif my primary school friends...so sad tt hua is unable to make it. thks hua for helping me collect my pay and borrow the white shirts. ...

Just return back home from work: as in finish bathing and preparing to have my meal. No choice, too hungry.

Today woke up quite late, only manage to get to school for lesson in time. So, i totally got no time for a proper lunch. Yar, you can guess tt i had a in-proper lunch. A bottle of milk tea from cheers.

Though the lesson ends at 3 plus instead of 5. I had no appetitite (i guess i spelt it wrongly.) for meal ( erm...actually is i am also too lazy to move myself to the canteen.) so i had no time for a proper dinner as well. But i manage to get a quite bite @ coriander leaf ( there's some staff meal)...i thought i could go off @ around 10 plus but i i was called to go home @ 11pm. Well, ok..i got another 6 bucks more for my pocket! ^ ^

So i...hmm...earned 27 bucks for thursday! Haiz, still got a long way to go in order to reach my target!

So now, decided! I MUX WORK HARD FOR BOTH MY STUDY AND PIGGY BANK!

aiming to score @ least a GPA of 3.7 and above~~~ I cant afford to fall```

School has opened and the lessons is boring than the previous sem. The teacher dun seem to be teaching or teaching very slowly. Didnt feel the rush, i really wonder why we need to take 3 years to finish the dip. when it can be done within 2 years or, maybe they can add in additional materials to teach us. I am not sure why, maybe it cox the sem is just starting, hence them wanted by to get use to it first or what.

Hope it will be better in the future...

前言
任何一个实践观念的归纳，是需要透过实践证明与经得起批评辨证的考验。
小弟是一个业余的吹笛者，摸索了一段不短的时间。希望学习过程中能够不断的进步，也希望学习的成效能够分享后进。
这个论坛不乏专业与业余同好，有请大家对于这篇连载文章给予必须有的专业批评指教，谢谢。

第一章【论口风细如针】
口风要细如针，并且能够发出透亮的音色，又要持续长音。必须要有正确的观念和训练。
首先我们要知道，笛子的发音原理是边棱效应，是气流柱被吹孔切开而产生音响。好比说大风吹着紧闭的门窗会产生咻咻咻像鬼叫的声音一样道理，因此，只要细小的空气柱被切开，笛子就会发出声音。
也就因为不需要运用到很多的空气，所以大师们就能把音吹的很长。所以为什么练习跑步和吹好笛子没有绝对关联就是这道理。因为口风太粗太费气，长音一定吹不长。这就是口风细如针的道理了。
因此长音不是盲修瞎练，一定是方法搞清楚了才练的出来。

第二章【自然的深呼吸法】
刚学笛子的时候，常听到说要用丹田呼吸，这对于我这一个完全没有学过音乐的人来说，实在是很难理解。
丹田是一个抽象的名词，很少人真正了解丹田是什么部位。查了中医学的书上，有上丹田，中丹田，下丹田，其实我也搞不清楚谁是谁。
后来慢慢的求教、学习、摸索、查资料，才稍微搞清楚，丹田呼吸就是腹式呼吸，腹式呼吸就是以横隔膜升降的力量来吸气与吐气。
我们看婴儿刚出生时，由于胸肌尚未发育完全，所以婴儿呼吸时胸腔无法动作，只会看到腹部的起伏，这个就是横隔肌的作用。
运用横隔膜呼吸，呼吸的程度会比较深。实务上，这也就是王次恒老师所说的深呼吸法。
以横隔膜深呼吸法来吹笛子，如果口风如针与边棱效应发音的要点做的确实，发出长音所需要的”能量”就很足够了。因为没有比这种深呼吸方法能够吸入的气体体积还多的了。
学习这样的呼吸法要注意的是，自然的吸气与自然的吐气。如果全身很用力的吸气，那很容易使自己受伤。学吹笛子千万不要贪吸气，贪吐气，我就遇过一位老先生跟我承认，他就是这样练到吐血，从此就不能吹笛子了。为什么呢？？因为在气吸的很饱的状态下，全身是紧张的状态，如果在勉强用力，一定会伤到自己。
所以练习腹式呼吸，要应乎自然，很轻松的吸气，很轻松的吐气。在应用上，难度很高的乐曲，是需要适度的自然放松下才能办到。因此，这里就可以下一个小结论了。在未来必须克服高难度技巧与维护身体健康两大最高指导原则之下，”自然的深呼吸”就是吹笛子的重要基本动作了。

第三章【边棱效应发音法及音色的确立】
笛子的发音是一个四两拨千斤的工作，很多朋友练笛子的时候都很用力的吹，很费劲的吹可以吹的很大声，但是得到的效果并不很好。一来也吹不持久，不一会儿人也累了﹔二来音准也容易跑掉。所以建立省力省气效率高的发音模式就来的很重要了。
如何发音？将口中吹出来的空气柱，准确的击向吹孔边缘，一半的气流切进笛子管壁里面，另一半就让它跑出外面。气流必须被切开，才会发出声音。这就叫做边棱效应。
如何省力？轻松自然的深呼吸就可以了。如何省气？口风细一点就可以了。但问题要如何有效率？？这个就有技巧了。
这必须借助一下镜子和自己的耳朵，用镜子看着自己嘴唇与吹孔的接触点，让极细空气柱的”气击点”准确的打在吹孔边缘圆弧线的中央位置。然后闭起眼睛，一边吹一边稍稍移动”气击点”的位置，用自己的耳朵去分辨音色的变化。这时候将会发现到一个极省力且音色极为透亮的一个集中点。如果您喜欢这种音色，练习并巩固它成为一个良好的习惯。
自此则确立日后灵巧的发音方法及优美的演奏的音色了。

第四章【灵活的盖孔模式】
初学吹笛一年左右，通常又会发生一个严重障碍，就是手指不灵光。
首先我们要探讨几个重点。

1.有效率的盖孔是很适当的将手指”放”在孔上，巧妙的运用手指面积比较宽的指腹（有些名家会用面积宽的指节盖孔）刚好足够把孔给”封”住。
2.所谓按孔，不是很用力的将手指”按死”在孔上，而是手指类似在孔上作”轻轻拍打”的动作，在”打中”孔的那一瞬间，恰好把孔给盖住了。
3.手型也是一个极重要的关键，僵硬的持笛手型，势必影响手指运行的灵活度。但适合的手型并没有一个定型，因为竹笛有高低长短，人的手有大有小。那到底什么才是正确的手型呢？？唯一可以确立的关键，就是在于持笛之后，手掌与手指的肌肉只要能够相互协调且不相互牵制，就是一个良好的手型。

如果基本上掌握住了以上的要点，手指的按孔动作就可以灵巧许多。

第五章【舌头动作的探索】
吐音是笛子最常用的基本技巧，关键使用在于舌头的动作。
但是人性的弱点，常使得吐音变的困难，因为人们希望他能够吐的很快，却又使错了劲。初学吐音不久只见口水乱飞，舌头和手指的动作硬是对不上来。心中只能不住的感叹：”笛子真是难学”
我们试着来找出问题所在

1.吐音的声音来源，归于基本面还是空气柱撞击吹孔，而不是舌头用力的动。所以舌头用太大的劲，对吐音一定造成破坏。
2.舌头大力的吐，不只是破坏吐音，也破坏了速度。终归一句话”轻则灵，重则拙”
==========================================
因此结论是”舌头动作要轻”
第二个观念的探讨是，舌头所扮演的角色。
先来看看吐音的结构。吐音和长音的不同是，一个有用舌头一个没用到舌头。所以就明白的看出，舌头所扮演的角色，是让长音切成一段一段的短音。因此，舌头的任务就很简单了。
舌头的任务
1.切断长音，使线状的音变成点状。
2.不负责强弱，音乐的强弱由呼吸动作负责，也就是空气来负责。
你瞧，其实舌头只负责断音而已，所以舌头想要慢吐快吐就变的困难度降低下来了，而且因为不用很用力的吐，口水当然也不会吐的满天飞啦。
所以又找出一个结论是”舌头负责断音，而且它只干这事”

第六章【高音不需要用力吹】
刚学笛子的前两年，我吹高音的时候都是硬吹上去的，声音不稳定，而且很刺耳。启蒙老师为了不让学习复杂化，也说，吹得出来就行啦。
但是学的越久就发现，别人吹起来既不费力，又不刺耳，心里就想一定还有我没弄懂的道理与方法。
想要轻松吹高音，首先要排除高音发音的乐器障碍

1.笛子本身一定不能有问题。通常管壁过厚的笛子，高音很难发出，所以建议初学不要使用管壁太厚的笛子，不仅仅高音区，其它音域的共鸣效果也不佳。
2.笛膜必须确定是贴好的，没有张力不平均的现象，也不要过松，不然高音很难发得出来。

其次再来排除个人的障碍
==========================================
我们拿起笛子来试试看，先吹个中音，再吹个低音，别忘记运用边棱效应的发音原理，这时候只要将口风缩小，然后你会感觉嘴唇承受气压变大，高音就能轻松发出。
==========================================
为何只是口风缩小就能发出高音？气体动力学有一个定律叫做”都卜勒效应”，气体分子因为通过的口径变小挤压，气体的流速便自然而然的变快，而使得音准提高八度。
腹部鼓动气体的压力一般是不变的，除非笛子本身高音不好发出，才需要多用一点腹劲，不过通常这样的笛子，我是不使用的。
所以结果很单纯，我们只是将口风变小而加快的流速，而做到了高音区的发音。

第七章【简单将低音吹得好】
初学笛子的第二年，老师教了我一个练习低音的土办法。
（筒音作５．）先吹１，发现很容易吹。然后吹７．，好象音色还可以。再吹６．，笛子就有点不太震动的起来了。这时再吹回７．，再吹６．，务必要使７．和６．的共鸣都吹出来才算及格。
就这样搞了一两个月，终于有点成果，不过一直以来，吹低音还是时好时坏。
一直到学笛的第十五年，终于有一个吹笛子的至交好友给了一个最稳的方向，结果关键居然只有一个重点──就是”把口风放粗一点点”。
道理何在？还是气体动力学都卜勒效应的”流速”问题。口风放粗一点点，但是呼吸的力道依旧不变，气体流速变慢低音就出来了。很简单吧，不过是江湖一点诀，说破不值钱。

第八章【口腔打开的省力法】
再来充分的运用物理的流体力学”都卜勒效应”。
内容大约是说，气体或液体流体之体积通量守恒，故”流速”与”截面半径”之平方成反比。
简单的用在吹笛子上来说，口腔打开的大小与口风的截面半径相差越大，流速将会自然而稳定的加快，如此就不需要鼓动太强大的腹劲，就能达成极佳的音响共鸣效果。因此，口腔内部空间的适度张开，是吹笛省力的秘密武器之一。
另外一个说法是，口腔打开可以使笛音共鸣度良好，音色更为厚实。
不论如何，吹笛子的口风细一些，口腔打开一些些。想要像大师们一般省力气的吹笛，将不是只是梦想。

特别的日子之情人节篇

眼看一年又一年的过去了，自己身边的朋友慢慢的开始成双成对时，我突然很想问问自己；我现在过的。。。这是否我最求的日子。

想了又想，还是不懂。现在的日子对于我来说，不是最坏的。如果我换了，我的日子也许会变的一团糟。我应不应该换呢？ Hmm....这是一个问题。

好啦，不想了！白头发都出现了！

今天，和一群单身朋友一起出门庆祝情人节。我们。。。怎么说呢，算是属于一群特别的人吧，所以呢，就用很特别的方法庆祝情人节。

我们相约在 Choa Chu Kang 那里，然后在搭shuttle bus 去 qian hu fish farm。对了! 我们就是去看鱼，原本我是想要买鱼来陪我玩的，可是去了那里，并没有看到让我一见钟情的鱼。虽然那里的鱼，有很多很多品种，有很多很多我平常没有看见的鱼，像
黑蝴蝶，一种黑色的金鱼
中国龙，一种类是蛇的鱼
很多很多等等。
有些鱼的尾巴很特别，有些鱼的特别的地方在它的嘴巴，移动方式，鱼鳞的颜色，花纹等等。可是却没有我想要的，一条可爱，有活力的紫色或黑色或白色的生命力超强的一条小小鱼！

我看到fighting fish，看到他们，我被他们的外表给吸引住了，他们真的很漂亮。可是，他们却因为被养在一个小小的空间而失去来活力。我不知道为什么，看到了它们那样，我觉得很伤心。也许是因为我恨崇拜自由吧，所以无法理解人们为了自己的利益而如此对待它们。它们，应该已经失去了它们名字所代表的意义了吧。然后，我又想想，人的外表好看，是一种幸福的事情吗？也许它们表面上很好，但是。。。私底下呢？

最后，我依然空空的回到CCK。然后我们就是 farmmart，坦白说，有点失望。为什么呢？那里并没有很多动物，有很多不知道在买些什么东西的点，那里，很多店给人的感觉是，你们走开，我不像做你的生意。那里的动物环境比qian hu 还糟糕。。。唉

我们去做了fish spa, $8/30 mins. 很好玩的体验，开始的时候洋洋的，我们都是先放一只脚进去水里让鱼吃，一边忍着笑意，一边把脚放进水里。当然，如果忍不住了。。。就笑了出来咯。所以开始的时候，我们笑声连连，没办法。。。大家都是第一次。。。很有趣的体验。。虽然到了最后我并没有发现我的脚有什么变化···难道真的如我朋友所说的。。我的皮太厚了？

然后我们在回到CCK，吃饭，逛街。。然后就回家···好累啊！

新快报11月30日报道黄义达全新创作专辑《写给自己的歌》11月28日在台湾地区发行。走出耳疾困扰、摆脱抑郁症的黄义达，当天神采奕奕地和媒体见面，好友柯有纶还将自己最心爱的一块冲浪板送给黄义达，S.H.E.的Ella则写词助阵，在《写给自己的歌》专辑中发表《在这里》歌词。差不多两年没公开露面的黄义达表示：“不是公司冷冻我，应该说是我冷冻公司吧！”

不靠药物成功战胜抑郁症

黄义达坦诚，去年因为自己的创作没有得到认同，常被嫌不够商业，或要求一改再改，自信心渐渐丧失。加上那时突然接到姐姐自新加坡打电话说妈妈生病了，所以让他整个人突然陷入低潮，得了忧郁症。黄义达虽然拿了医生开的抗抑郁药，但他觉得要靠自己走出来，凭着狮子座坚强的意志力，开始多运动或出门找朋友。好友柯有纶就常找他去海边冲浪，但不会冲浪的黄义达只能在旁顾包包，唱片公司也放开手，让他在新专辑中自由自在玩音乐，让黄义达走出忧郁谷底。大家都说，现在的黄义达看起来和以往不同，不再眉头深锁，变成阳光男孩般健康有活力。写词、谱曲加上混音剪接全部不假手于他人，和上张专辑相隔1年10个月才“生”出全新专辑，黄义达说，“我很开心自己在29岁前完成了自己的专辑全部自己制作的梦想。”

承认和公司有矛盾否认炒作

在1年10个月这段漫长的创作期间，黄义达常上自己的博客写日记，有时和公司间有所争执冲突时，他会上网写文章抒发心情。但前阵子他将博客关闭，对此黄义达解释说，“和公司间有冲突是很正常的，因为创作很主观，没有对错，所以写博客只是我发泄心情，过了就好了。但是我发觉会影响到歌迷的心情，让歌迷也跟着难过担心，所以我暂时关闭。”

和Ella关系密切心有灵犀

除了好友柯有纶送冲浪板，S.H.E.的Ella则写词助阵。外人可能不知道黄义达与Ella有交情，黄义达表示其实他们还蛮熟的，是会MSN聊音乐的朋友。这次黄义达写好了《在这里》的Demo之后，就把音乐交给Ella，他什么故事都没说，放手让Ella自己听着曲子发挥。没想到Ella对这首歌很有感觉，只花了一小时就填好了歌词，黄义达说，“Ella是我合作过写词写得最快的创作人。”更让黄义达惊讶的是，他看着歌词，觉得这简直是在写他自己的心声，也是现代人爱情共同的心声。 (本文来源：金羊网-新快报作者：贺雅佳) Danva

Food Fest at EXPO

Friday.

Went to the food fest @ expo..it was such a disspointmnet.
I thought i would be able to find food which i won't get to taste it outside...but YOU KNOW WHAT? It's all those brands that u can easily find outside. Such SUch SUCh a disappointment!!!

It's my first time...mi and yan purchase an ice-cream @ 1 dollar...i bought 10 satay @ 5 bucks...not that good as ...expected...

Purchased a red curtain...and yan bought a pair of Surfers paradise shoes...

Went off to bosrd the train...hmm..something sotong happen to us. as we are alighting at the middle train..to the left is to boon lay and the other site is to pasir ris. Cox i thought there will be a lot of people boarding the train to BOON LAY..and suggested to board the other side ..but who knows...as we stepped out to the right..the train at the left arrive..and we dash accross the middle train to the left...and realize that it's PACKED...so...we wanted to rush back to the right...but dunnow wad happen..onli i manage to get to the right..Yan was carried away by the middle train to expo again...haiz..den i wait for her...and saw mani mani train drove pass the left side...HAIZ...

But it's still a fun day...cox i spend the time wif yan...
